Grow Into a Manager (BDM) Role
Any Certified Wellness Coach doing a minimum of ₹50,000 in business per month, for three consecutive months, is eligible for promotion to Manager (BDM).
- Manager Commission Tiers — earn 6% to 10% on the business generated by your Wellness Coaches, based on rank: Bronze (6%) · Silver (7%) · Gold (8%) · Platinum (9%) · Diamond (10%)
- Leadership Income — an additional 2% to 6% from the Wellness Coaches of Managers you've personally helped promote.
- Performers' Pool — Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Managers share a 6% company-wide pool based on monthly business performance — the more you grow your team, the more you earn from this pool.
